This Way Up was a one-day leadership forum in Barcelona for CEOs navigating fast growth and digital transformation.
My role as Event Director was to shape the program, coordinate the speaker lineup, and deliver a premium, high-impact experience for a senior European audience.
Challenge
We needed to deliver a CEO-level event that felt both premium and practical:
- a multi-track agenda mixing keynotes, trend sessions, and hands-on labs
- a large, cross-disciplinary speaker roster
- a format that enabled real peer learning rather than passive content
- a venue that could support simultaneous sessions and smooth flow
- tight coordination across speakers, partners, and international delegates
The core challenge was creating a seamless, valuable day for leaders with very high expectations.
