SimplePages.ai is an early-stage SaaS startup building a streamlined landing page creation platform for marketers.
Challenge
The Founder needed customer insights and market research to validate positioning, refine the target audience, and ensure the product itself aligned with how the users (marketers) would evaluate and use the tool.

Like many early SaaS products in crowded categories, the key challenge wasn’t the product, as SimplePages had a strong MVP. The main blockers were:
- Understanding how marketers think about landing page & CMS platforms
- Learning where existing tools are currently falling short
- Determining which workflows matter at different company growth stages
- How decision-making changes between freelancers/agencies, scale-ups, and enterprise teams.
